JPMC Women Wellness Health Screening Offer Terms and Conditions
1. Term
1.1 “JPMC Women Wellness Health Screening Offer ” (the “Offer”) is organised by Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad (the “Bank”) and is governed by these terms and conditions (the “Terms”).
1.2 Participation in this Offer constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
2. Offer Period
2.1 This Offer is valid from 1 May 2026 to 30 June 2026 (both dates inclusive) or such other date(s) as the Bank may determine at its discretion (the “Offer Period”).
3. Eligibility
3.1 This Offer is applicable at the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Clinic (OBG), Jerudong Park Medical Centre (the “Merchant”).
3.2 This Offer is open to new and existing customers of the Bank who hold a Baiduri Credit or Debit Card. Such customers are referred to as “Eligible Cardholders”.
3.3 To qualify, the Card must remain valid, active, and in good standing throughout the Offer Period. Cards that are cancelled, suspended or terminated during the Offer Period will not qualify.
4. Offer Mechanics
4.1 Eligible Cardholders are entitled to the following offers when payment is made at the Merchant via a Baiduri point-of-sale (“POS”) terminal, with no minimum spending requirement.
• BND28 off Women Wellness Health Screening package
• 15% off add-on services for optional investigations
• 50% off the processing fee for payments made using a Baiduri Credit Card and successfully converted into 6- or 12- month instalments under the Baiduri 0% Instalment Plan, subject to meeting the minimum spend and all other applicable requirements under the Baiduri 0% Instalment Plan Terms and Conditions.
4.2 The package may be redeemed until 31 July 2026, subject to availability and scheduling determined by the Merchant.
5. General
5.1 This Offer is not valid with other ongoing promotions, offers, vouchers, rebates or privileges.
5.2 This Offer is subject to the Bank’s terms and conditions related to the products and any other documents forming part of the banking agreement.
5.3 The Bank reserves the right to amend, suspend, vary, or terminate the Offer or any of these Terms, for valid reasons, at any time with reasonable notice.
5.4 The Bank’s determination of all matters relating to this Offer shall be final and conclusive.
5.5 By participating in this Offer, Eligible Cardholders consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data for purposes related to the administration of the Offer, including verification of eligibility, and record-keeping, in accordance with the Bank’s Group Privacy Notice. Eligible Cardholders confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by the terms of the Bank’s Group Privacy Notice, as may be amended, supplemented and/or substituted by the Bank from time to time. 5.6 In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any advertising and promotional materials, these Terms shall prevail.
5.7 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei Darussalam.
