1.1 The ‘Unfold more with Baiduri Cards’Promotion (the “Offer”) is organised by Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad (the “Bank”) and is governed by these terms and conditions (the “Terms”).

1.2 Participation in this Offer constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. Offer Period

2.1 This Offer is valid from 23 October 2026 to 06 November 2026 (both dates inclusive), or such other date(s) as may be determined by the Bank at its discretion (the “Offer Period”).

3. Eligibility

3.1 This Offer is only available at the outlets of AV Electronics, Ninenine Studio, Digital World, and Imagine Centre listed below (the “Participating Merchants”):

3.2 For purchases made at an Imagine Centre, an Eligible Purchase will only qualify for the rebate if the Eligible Cardholder spends a minimum of BND3,000 in a single transaction using an Eligible Card. during the Offer Period.

3.3 The Offer is subject to the Participating Merchant’s applicable terms and conditions and prevailing business hours, as may be amended from time to time.

3.4 This Offer is open to customers who hold any of the following cards (the “Eligible Cards”).

Customers who hold any of the Eligible Cards are referred to as “Eligible Cardholders”.

3.5 To remain eligible for this Offer, the Eligible Card must remain valid, active and in good standing throughout the Offer Period.

3.6 To qualify for this Offer, the full purchase amount must be charged in a single transaction using an Eligible Card at a Participating Merchant through a Baiduri point-of-sale ("POS") terminal.

3.7 Employees of the Bank, Baiduri Finance Berhad and Baiduri Capital Sendirian Berhad are eligible to participate in this Offer but are not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw.

4.1 Eligible Cardholders who, during the Offer Period, purchase an iPhone Duo package specifically identified and communicated by a Participating Merchant as being eligible for this Offer (the “Eligible Purchase”) using an Eligible Card shall be entitled to a cash rebate of BND300, subject to Clause 4.2.

4.2 The cash rebate under Clause 4.1 is limited to the first seven (7) Eligible Cardholders at each Participating Merchant. As there are four (4) Participating Merchants under the purposes of this Offer, a maximum of twenty-eight (28) cash rebates is available and shall be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.

4.3 Each Eligible Cardholder shall be entitled to a maximum of one (1) cash rebate during the Offer Period, regardless of the number of Eligible Cards held or used.

4.4 Eligible Cardholders who use an Eligible Card that is a Baiduri credit card for an Eligible Purchase may convert the transaction into a 6- or 12-month instalment plan at 0% interest with no processing fee, subject to the applicable terms and conditions on the Bank’s website.

4.5 The processing fee waiver referred to in Clause 4.4 is available to all Eligible Cardholders and is not subject to the cap set out in Clause 4.2.

4.6 The cash rebate will be credited to the Eligible Cardholder’s Eligible Card account within three (3) weeks from the Eligible Purchase.

4.7 This Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, offer, voucher, rebate, privilege or campaign, unless otherwise determined by the Bank.

5. Lucky Draw Mechanics

5.1 Eligibility for the Lucky Draw is limited to Eligible Cardholders who successfully qualify for and receive the cash rebate under Clause 4.1.

5.2 Each Eligible Purchase shall entitle the Eligible Cardholder to one (1) entry into the Lucky Draw for a chance to win a credit equivalent to the full amount of the Eligible Purchase to the winner's Eligible Card account (the "Purchase Wipe-Out Reward"), subject to these Terms.

5.3 Any Lucky Draw entry arising from a transaction made using a supplementary card shall be attributed to the relevant principal cardholder, who shall be deemed the participant for the purposes of the Lucky Draw.

6. Purchase Wipe-Out Reward

6.1 One (1) winner shall be selected through a random computerised draw conducted by the Bank within two (2) weeks after the end of the Offer Period. The Bank’s decision in relation to all matters concerning the Lucky Draw, including the selection of the winner, shall be final and binding.

6.2 The Purchase Wipe-Out Reward shall be awarded as a credit to the winner's Eligible Card account equal to the full amount charged for the Eligible Purchase during the Offer Period, subject to these Terms.

6.3 The credit amount will be credited to the winner's Eligible Card account within four (4) weeks after the end of the Offer Period, or such other period as may be determined by the Bank.

6.4 The winner will be notified by the Bank using the latest contact details maintained in the Bank's records. The winner must comply with any verification or administrative requirements imposed by the Bank in connection with the "Purchase Wipe-Out Reward."

6.5 If the winner is found to be ineligible, fails to comply with these Terms, cannot be contacted despite reasonable attempts, or declines to accept the "Purchase Wipe-Out Reward", the Bank reserves the right to disqualify the winner and select an alternate winner.

6.6 The Purchase Wipe-Out Reward is non-transferable and non-exchangeable and may not be substituted for any other reward or benefit.

6.7 Transactions that are cancelled, refunded, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or deemed invalid by the Bank for any reason shall be ineligible for the Lucky Draw. The Bank reserves the right to remove any corresponding Lucky Draw entries.

6.8 The Bank reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and the validity of any transaction. The Bank may disqualify any participant who fails to comply with these Terms or who is suspected of fraudulent, dishonest or improper conduct.

7. General

7.1 This Offer is governed by and subject to the Bank’s applicable product terms and conditions and any other documents forming part of the banking agreement.

7.2 The Bank reserves the right to amend, suspend, vary, or terminate this Offer or any of these Terms at any time for valid reasons with reasonable notice.

7.3 The Bank’s determination of all matters relating to this Offer shall be final and conclusive.

7.4 By participating in this Offer, Eligible Cardholders acknowledge that their personal data may be collected, used and disclosed by the Bank for purposes relating to the administration of the Offer, including verification of eligibility, fulfilment of benefits and record-keeping, in accordance with the Bank’s Group Privacy Notice, as may be amended from time to time. 7.5 In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any promotional materials relating to the Offer, these Terms shall prevail.

7.6 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei Darussalam.
