REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

18 years old and above Brunei and Permanent Resident

  • Valid Brunei identity card
  • Passport (For Brunei PR)

Below 12 years old Account Holder

  • Original birth certificate

Parent (as shown on birth certificate of account holder) or legal guardian:

  • Valid Brunei identity card
  • Passport (For Brunei PR)
  • Proof of residential address

For foreigners residing in Brunei

  • Valid identity card / temporary receipt within its validity issued by the Brunei Immigration Department
  • Passport with valid entry pass (e.g., employment pass, student pass, social visit pass, dependent pass, etc.)
  • Proof of residential address
