What will my Auto Direct Prepaid Card be replaced with?At the moment, there is no replacement for the Auto Direct Prepaid Card but you can still make your Hire Purchase payments via other channels.
What will happen to the remaining cash balance and bonus points in my Auto Direct Prepaid Card?Your bonus points are automatically converted and added to your cash balance, which will remain in the card until it expires. Please approach a Baiduri Bank Branch to complete an instruction form to transfer the balance to your Baiduri Bank account, Hire Purchase account or an existing prepaid card.
What will happen to the Hire Purchase account that was linked to my Auto Direct Prepaid Card?The Hire Purchase account will still be active until full settlement.
How can I pay for my monthly repayments?You can pay via the following channels:

- ATM/CDM
- Over the counter
Can I still use my Auto Direct Prepaid Card if it has not expired?Yes, active Auto Direct Prepaid Card cardholders can continue to use the card and enjoy its features and benefits until expiry.
