Passbook Account eStatement enrolment

We are making the switch from paper to eStatements!

Effective 1 April 2022, all passbook accountholders will automatically be enrolled for eStatements. A copy of your statement will be sent to your registered email address. You’ll also be able to retrieve and review your monthly statements whenever you want through Baiduri b.Digital Personal at no charge.

If you’d like to maintain your passbook account, the following fees and charges will apply:

Other fees and charges remain unchanged.

    1. I am happy to access my statements via Baiduri b.Digital, do I need to do anything?
    If you are already a registered Baiduri b.Digital user, no action is required and you will not be charged.

    2. How do I register my email address if I wish to receive monthly eStatement via email?
    You can call our 24-hour Customer Helpline at 2449666 to register your email address.

    3. What do I do if I want to maintain my current passbook account?
    Please call 244 9666 to make an appointment with your preferred branch.

    4. Will I be charged if I want to keep my passbook account?
    Yes, a quarterly service fee of BND2 will be charged for each individual passbook account.

    5. When will I be charged the quarterly service fee?
    Charges will be made at the end of each quarter with the first one imposed on 30 June 2022.

    6. Will there be a charge to renew or reissue my passbook?
    Yes, you will be charged an additional BND10 each time you renew your passbook.

    7. Can I check my account balance elsewhere?
    You can view and download your eStatements via Baiduri b.Digital Personal, our award-winning digital banking platform. Check out the step-by-step guides below:


    If your passbook savings account is not listed, you may submit a request to link your account via the Message function in Baiduri b.Digital Personal.
