Baiduri Smart is a programme organised by Baiduri Bank that offers selected financial privileges, lifestyle benefits, and convenient banking solutions to support your financial wellbeing and goals.
Eligibility for the Baiduri Smart programme may take into account certain products and services provided by Baiduri Finance and Baiduri Capital, which are subsidiaries of Baiduri Bank, enhancing access to a wider suite of privileges and benefits available under the Baiduri Smart programme, subject to applicable terms and conditions. -
What benefits will I get as a Baiduri Smart member?
As a Baiduri Smart member, you may be eligible to enjoy a range of benefits and privileges, subject to applicable terms and conditions, including:
- Annual fee waiver on Baiduri Smart Visa Platinum Credit Card and Baiduri Smart Mastercard Platinum Debit Card for as long as you remain a Baiduri Smart member.
- Discounted annual fee of BND50 for one (1) supplementary card during membership period (supplementary cardholders are not eligible for membership).
- Up to 4x bonus points earned on Baiduri Smart Visa Platinum Credit Card and Baiduri Smart Mastercard Platinum Debit Card spending, credited to the Instant Rewards Card.
- Discounted processing fees on Home Ownership Loan (first ownership only), Personal Loan, Consolidation Loan, Education Loan, and Home Renovation Loan.
- Reduced sales charges on selected Unit Trusts through Baiduri Capital.
- Invitations to curated lifestyle experiences and special promotions.
- Complimentary consultations at the Financial Wellness Centre.

How do I become a Baiduri Smart member?
You can become a Baiduri Smart member by meeting either of the following criteria:
- Monthly salary: Receive a minimum net monthly salary of BND 2,000 assigned and credited to an account with Baiduri Bank or Baiduri Finance; or
- Assets Under Management (AUM): Maintain a minimum combined AUM of BND 30,000 with Baiduri Bank, Baiduri Finance, and/or Baiduri Capital.

What types of deposits and investments qualify as AUM?
Eligible deposits may be held in individual or joint accounts with Baiduri Bank or Baiduri Finance, and include:
- Current Accounts
- Savings Accounts

Eligible investments with Baiduri Capital only include:- Bonds
- Unit Trusts

Are there any additional fees and charges when I sign up for a Baiduri Smart membership?
There are no additional fees or charges when signing up for Baiduri Smart. Membership eligibility is based on meeting the required monthly salary or AUM criteria, subject to the Baiduri Smart Programme terms and conditions.

What happens if I don’t maintain the criteria?
If you no longer qualify, your Baiduri Smart membership will be reassessed and may be downgraded or terminated, at Baiduri Bank’s discretion. You will be notified in writing with reasonable notice and clear guidance on the next steps.

As a Baiduri Smart member, you will have access to our Financial Wellness Centre and resources designed to provide general financial guidance and education to support your financial goals and long-term wealth building.
