JPMC Femina Health Screening Promotional Campaign (this “Offer”) Terms and Conditions

1. Term

1.1 Participation in this Offer constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions (the “Terms”).

1.2 The Offer is valid from 27 May 2025 to 31 July 2025 (the “Offer Period”), both dates inclusive, or such other date(s) as may be determined by Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad (the “Bank”) and Jerudong Park Medical Centre (the “Merchant”) at its absolute discretion.

2. Eligibility

2.1 This Offer is valid only at Obstetrics and Gynaecology Clinic (OBG), Jerudong Park Medical Centre (JPMC) (the “Venue”).

2.2 This Offer is open to all Credit and Debit Cardholders of the Bank during the Offer Period (the “Eligible Cardholders”).

2.3 The card account must be valid, in good standing and conducted in a proper and satisfactory manner at all times, as determined by the Bank in its sole and absolute discretion. If the card is suspended or cancelled or terminated by the Bank or the cardholder for any reason, the cardholder will be disqualified from this Offer (notwithstanding that the cardholder’s other cards may not have been suspended or cancelled or terminated).

2.4 Employees of the Bank, Baiduri Finance Berhad, and Baiduri Capital Sendirian Berhad are eligible to participate in this Offer.

3. The Offer

3.1 Eligible Cardholders are entitled to the following benefits during the Offer Period:

3.2 Baiduri Credit Cardholders are entitled to 50% discount on the processing fee for 0% Instalment Plan conversions of 6 months or 12 months during the Offer Period.

3.3 The 0% Instalment Plan is subjected to its applicable Terms and Conditions.

3.4 Packages purchased during the Offer Period are redeemable until 30 August 2025.

3.5 Full payment must be made in a single receipt using a valid Baiduri Credit or Debit Cards for the Offer to apply.

4. General

4.1 This Offer is not valid with other ongoing promotions, offers, vouchers, rebates or privileges.

4.2 This Offer is governed by and subject to the Bank and the Merchant’s terms and conditions on the related products and any other applicable documents.

4.3 The Bank makes no warranty or representation as to the quality, merchantability, or fitness for purpose of the Merchant’s goods and services. Any disputes in relation to this Offer are to be directed solely to the Merchant.

4.4 The Bank and the Merchant reserve the right to amend, withdraw, or vary any of these Terms at their sole discretion without prior notice.

4.5 The decision by the Bank and the Merchant on all matters relating to the Offer is final, binding, conclusive and no correspondences will be entertained.

4.6 Eligible Cardholders consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data by/to the organisers, promoters or conductors of this Offer and such other third parties for the purpose of this Offer, in accordance with the Group Privacy Policy. Eligible Cardholders confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by the terms of the Group Privacy Policy, as may be amended, supplemented and/or substituted by the Bank from time to time, a copy of which can be found on www.baiduri.com.

19 September 2023

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:

User’s full name
User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
User’s mobile number
User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.
