Netcom 30th Anniversary Campaign with Baiduri Bank Terms and Conditions1. Term1.1 “Netcom 30th Anniversary Campaign with Baiduri Bank” (the “Offer”) is organised by Netcom (the “Merchant”) and is subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”).
1.2 Participation in this Offer constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
2. Offer Period2.1 The Offer is valid from 15 December 2025 to 31 January 2026 (both dates inclusive), or such other date(s) as may be determined by the Merchant at their absolute discretion (the “Offer Period”).
3. Eligibility3.1 The Offer is only applicable at the outlets listed below:

3.2 The Offer is open to both new and existing customers of the Bank who hold the following Baiduri Bank Credit or Debit Cards (“Eligible Cards”). These customers are referred to as “Eligible Cardholders”.

3.3 The Eligible Card account must be in good standing as determined by the Bank. If the Eligible Card is suspended, cancelled or terminated by the Bank or the cardholder for any reason whatsoever, the cardholder will be disqualified from the Offer (not withstanding that other cards they hold may not have been suspended, cancelled or terminated).
3.4 Employees of the Bank, Baiduri Finance Berhad, Baiduri Capital Sendirian Berhad, and the Merchant are eligible for the Offer.
4. Offers 4.1 Discount 4.1.1 Eligible Cardholders will enjoy 10% off all items during the Offer Period.
4.1.2 A minimum spend of BND200 in a single receipt is required for Offer to apply.
4.1.3 Discount amount is capped at BND50 per Eligible Cardholder, irrespective of the number of Eligible Cards used.
4.2 Baiduri 0% Instalment Plan – 50% off processing fee 4.2.1 Eligible Credit Cardholders will also enjoy 50% off processing fee when they convert their purchases into 6 or 12 monthly instalments on Baiduri 0% Instalment Plan during the Offer Period.

5. General 5.1 This Offer is not valid with other ongoing promotions, offers, vouchers, rebates or privileges.
5.2 This Offer is also subject to the Bank and the Merchant’s terms and conditions relating on the related products and any other applicable documents.
5.3 The Bank makes no warranty or representation as to the quality, merchantability, or fitness for purpose of the Merchant’s goods and services. Any disputes in relation to this Offer are to be directed solely to the Merchant.
5.4 The Bank and the Merchant reserve the right to amend, withdraw, or vary any of these Terms at their sole discretion without prior notice.
5.5 The decision by the Bank and the Merchant on all matters relating to the Offer is final, binding, conclusive and no correspondences will be entertained.
5.6 Eligible Cardholders consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data by/to the organisers, promoters or conductors of this Offer and such other third parties for the purpose of this Offer, in accordance with the Group Privacy Policy. Eligible Cardholders confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by the terms of the Group Privacy Policy, as may be amended, supplemented and/or substituted by the Bank from time to time, a copy of which can be found on www.baiduri.com.
5.7 In the event of any inconsistency between the Terms and any promotional materials related to the Offer, the Terms shall prevail.
5.8 The Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brunei Darussalam.
