Citizenship
Brunei citizens, permanent residents and expatriates.
Minimum age requirementPrincipal cardholders - 21 years and above.
Supplementary cardholders - 18 years and above.
Minimum income requirementLocal - BND500

Required DocumentsRequired Documents
1. Identity document:
- Copy of valid Brunei identity card or passport (for locals)
- Copy of valid Brunei identity card, origin country ID/passport OR employment pass (for expatriates)
2. Income / Employment documents:- Letter of Confirmation issued by employer (for private sector employees only)
- Copy of past 3 months’ account statements (if salary is credited to another bank)
and ONE of the following:- Copy of latest payslip (for applicants on fixed salary) OR past 12 months’ payslips (for applicants with variable income);
- Copy of tenancy agreement with validity period of at least 1 year and past 12 months’ account statements (for applicants with rental income);
- Copy of Baiduri Bank Deposit Certificate or original Baiduri Finance Deposit Certificate and relevant security documents (for applicants using deposit as security)
- Copy of business registration certificate and past 12 months’ account statements (for business owners)
