Letter of Confirmation issued by employer (for private sector employees only)
Copy of past 3 months’ account statements (if salary is credited to another bank)
and ONE of the following:
Copy of latest payslip (for applicants on fixed salary) OR past 12 months’ payslips (for applicants with variable income);
Copy of tenancy agreement with validity period of at least 1 year and past 12 months’ account statements (for applicants with rental income);
Copy of Baiduri Bank Deposit Certificate or original Baiduri Finance Deposit Certificate and relevant security documents (for applicants using deposit as security)
