1.2. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion is valid from 16 February 2026 to 30 April 2026 (both dates inclusive), or such other dates as may be determined by Baiduri Finance (the “Promotion Period”).

3. Eligibility

3.1. This Promotion is open to new and existing customers of Baiduri Finance who apply for, obtain approval for, and receive disbursement of the following financing facilities during the Promotion Period (the “Eligible Customers”):

• New Car Hire Purchase Financing
• Used Car Hire Purchase Financing

3.2 Eligibility for this Promotion is limited to New Car Hire Purchase Financing and Used Car Hire Purchase Financing for vehicles purchased from participating dealers designated by Baiduri Finance. Purchases from dealers not listed below are not eligible for this Promotion.

Baiduri Finance reserves the right to amend the list of participating dealers during the Promotion Period.

3.3 All applications are subject to Baiduri Finance’s standard credit assessment, documentation, eligibility requirements, verification, and approval. Approval remains at Baiduri Finance’s sole discretion.

3.4 Customers whose applications are cancelled, withdrawn, not approved, or not disbursed within the Promotion Period shall not be eligible to participate in the Promotion and/or receive any voucher, lucky draw entry, or benefit under the Promotion.

3.5 Employees of Baiduri Bank Sendirian Berhad, Baiduri Finance, and Baiduri Capital Sendirian Berhad are not excluded from participation in the Promotion.

4. Promotion Mechanics

4.1 New Car Hire Purchase Financing

Eligible Customers who apply for and obtain approval and disbursement of New Car Hire Purchase Financing during the Promotion Period will be entitled to:

• a promotional financing rate as low as 3.5% p.a., subject to customer profile, financing tenure, and Baiduri Finance’s approval;
• one (1) automatic entry into the lucky draw; and
• a BND 50 fuel voucher, limited to the first one hundred (100) customers, on a first-come, first-served basis.

4.2 Used Car Hire Purchase Financing

Eligible Customers who apply for and obtain approval and disbursement of Used Car Hire Purchase Financing during the Promotion Period will be entitled to:

• a promotional financing rate as low as 4% p.a., subject to customer profile, financing tenure, and Baiduri Finance’s approval;
• one (1) automatic entry into the lucky draw; and
• a BND 50 fuel voucher, limited to the first fifty (50) customers, on a first-come, first-served basis.

4.3 Promotional Financing Rate

4.3.1 Promotional financing rates apply as published during the Promotion Period and may vary by customer segment.

4.3.2 All approved financing facilities are subject to Baiduri Finance’s standard credit assessment and are governed by Baiduri Finance’s standard Hire Purchase Agreement and applicable terms and conditions.

4.4 Lucky Draw

4.4.1 Eligible Customers will automatically receive one (1) lucky draw entry upon approval and disbursement of their financing during the Promotion Period.

4.4.2 The lucky draw will be conducted electronically within forty-five (45) days after the end of the Promotion Period, or on such other date as determined by Baiduri Finance.
