MAKE YOUR HIRE PURCHASE PAYMENTS FROM THE COMFORT OF YOUR HOME

Ditch the queue and make your hire purchase payments the way you want to via the myriad of convenient choices below.

RECURRING BILLING

Set up recurring monthly payments with any locally issued debit or credit card (except for Baiduri credit cards). Government sector employees can also opt for a twice monthly payment schedule.



BAIDURI FINANCE MOBILE APPLICATION (BFMA)

With BFMA, payments are accepted with any locally issued debit, credit (except for Baiduri credit cards) or prepaid cards. You can also request for insurance and road tax renewals, apply for car financing through HP Online, update personal details and apply for vehicle tender.




AUTOMATED TELLER MACHINES (ATMs)

Payments can be made through our ATMs using your Baiduri debit card.





CASH DEPOSIT MACHINES (CDMs)

Payments can be made through our CDMs using Baiduri Finance Auto Direct Card (ADC) and/or cash.



DIRECT BANK TRANSFER

If you do not have a Baiduri account, you can make your Hire Purchase payments using direct transfers from your account with any bank in Brunei, to a designated Baiduri Finance account.



B.DIGITAL PERSONAL

If you have a Baiduri account, pay using Bill Payments in Baiduri b.Digital Personal, available through our website and mobile application.



STANDING INSTRUCTION

If you have a Baiduri account, you can also choose to set up automated direct debits from your account.

Buat pembayaran sewa beli awda melalui pelbagai pilihan kemudahan di bawah.

PENGEBILAN BERULANG

Sediakan pembayaran bulanan berulang dengan mana-mana kad debit atau kredit yang dikeluarkan secara tempatan (kecuali kad kredit Baiduri). Pekerja sektor kerajaan juga boleh memilih jadual pembayaran dua kali sebulan.




APLIKASI MUDAH ALIH KEWANGAN BAIDURI (BFMA)

Dengan BFMA, pembayaran diterima dengan mana-mana debit keluaran tempatan, kredit (kecuali kad kredit Baiduri) atau kad prabayar. Awda juga boleh meminta pembaharuan insurans dan cukai jalan, memohon pembiayaan kereta melalui HP Online, mengemas kini maklumat peribadi dan memohon tender kenderaan.




MESIN JURUWANG AUTOMATIK (ATM)

Pembayaran boleh dibuat melalui ATM kami menggunakan kad debit Baiduri.





MESIN DEPOSIT TUNAI (CDM)

Pembayaran boleh dibuat melalui CDM kami menggunakan Kad Langsung Auto (ADC) Baiduri Finance dan/atau wang tunai.




PINDAHAN BANK TERUS

Jika awda tidak mempunyai akaun Baiduri, awda boleh membuat pembayaran Sewa Beli awda menggunakan pindahan terus dari akaun awda dengan mana-mana bank di Brunei, ke akaun Kewangan Baiduri yang ditetapkan.



B.DIGITAL PERSONAL

Jika awda mempunyai akaun Baiduri, bayar menggunakan Pembayaran Bil di Baiduri b.Digital Peribadi, boleh didapati melalui laman web dan aplikasi mudah alih kami.




ARAHAN TETAP

Jika awda mempunyai akaun Baiduri, awda juga boleh memilih untuk menyediakan debit langsung automatik dari akaun awda.

Important update
19 September 2023

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:
  • User’s full name
  • User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
  • User’s mobile number
  • User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon. To ensure continued access and a smooth transition to the new Baiduri b.Digital Business, please provide your full name, IC, email address and mobile number via Business i-Banking Inbox. If we do not receive updated details from all authorised users, your company will not be migrated to the new platform and a fresh application will be required. To strengthen our online security measures, effective 8 January 2024, we will introduce the cooling period feature on our Baiduri b.Digital Personal web and mobile app to prevent unauthorised access.
