  • Getting Started
    What is an Auto Direct Card?
    A card designed specifically for Baiduri Finance Hire Purchase (HP) customers and can be linked up to four (4) HP accounts.


    How do I apply for it?
    If you didn’t receive it with your HP agreement, contact 24-hour Customer Helpline at 2449666.


    When can I start using the card?
    You can start using it three (3) working days after collection.


    If my card expires, can I get a new card without changing the number?
    Yes. If your Hire Purchase facility is still active, you can renew your card with the same number.


    Will I receive a monthly card statement?
    No statement will be issued. Your Hire Purchase payment history can be viewed online through Baiduri b.Digital Personal app or web. 


    Can I use the card outside of the country?
    No, the service is only available in Brunei Darussalam.


    Can I use my card to settle my HP account?
    No. To settle your HP account, you may request for a Settlement Quotation through 24-hour Customer Helpline at 2449666 and pay over the counter.


    What will happen to my credit balance if I convert my card from Baiduri Mastercard Auto Direct Prepaid Card to Baiduri Finance Auto Direct Card?
    We will transfer any remaining credit balance to your bank account or credit the amount into your HP account.

    Eligibility Criteria

    Must hold an active Baiduri Finance Hire Purchase account. Auto Direct Card will be issued as soon as customer open Hire Purchase account with Baiduri Finance.

    • Hire Purchase account number (For existing customer)
    • Copy of valid Identity Card (front and back)
    • Copy of valid Brunei Driver’s License
    • Confirmation of Employment letter, if applicable
    • Recent 3 months bank statement, updated savings passbook or any other evidence of savings
    • Evidence of fixed and/or monthly variable income (Salary Slip)
    • If you are a foreigner, you will need to present your passport with a valid employment pass.

    There is no annual, service or renewal fee.


    You will only be charged an administration fee of BND25 if your card is stolen, lost or destroyed after 3 months of non-collection.
  • Terms & Conditions

    TERMS & CONDITIONS

    1. Acceptance: Use of the card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions listed herein. This card is not transferable and BFB reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at its discretion.
    2. Collection: When a Hire Purchase (HP) loan application is approved, Baiduri Finance Berhad (BFB) may send the cardholder a card, as well as any renewal or replacement thereof, by ordinary post at the cardholder's sole risk. BFB shall not be liable to the cardholder for any loss or damage suffered by the cardholder if the card is not received.
    3. Usage: The card is not a credit card. There is no PIN required for the use of this card. This card is a property of BFB. The cardholder must immediately return the card to BFB upon BFB's request, which may be made at any time at the sole and absolute discretion of BFB.
    4. HP Payment Conditions: The cardholder shall make all payments using this card in accordance with the HP Agreement. This card cannot be used to for early settlement of the HP loan.
    5. Validity Period: The cardholder may only use the card during the validity periods indicated on the card's face. The cardholder may use the card to make HP payment transactions during the card's validity period and must ensure that no one else uses the card.
    6. Lost/Stolen Card: Cards that are lost or stolen must be reported to the Baiduri Customer Helpline at 2449666. For replacement, a BND25 administration fee will be charged to the cardholder's HP account.
    7. Cancellation: Card cancellation will be accepted. If the hirer decides to request a new card, a BND25 administration fee will be applied.

Important update
19 September 2023

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:
  • User’s full name
  • User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
  • User’s mobile number
  • User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon. To ensure continued access and a smooth transition to the new Baiduri b.Digital Business, please provide your full name, IC, email address and mobile number via Business i-Banking Inbox. If we do not receive updated details from all authorised users, your company will not be migrated to the new platform and a fresh application will be required. To strengthen our online security measures, effective 8 January 2024, we will introduce the cooling period feature on our Baiduri b.Digital Personal web and mobile app to prevent unauthorised access.
