Payments can be made through our CDMs using your Baiduri Finance Auto Direct Card (ADC) and/or cash.


1. HP Payment with Auto Direct Card via CDM

Step 1: Insert your Baiduri Finance Auto Direct Card

Step 2: Select language
Step 3: Select 'Bill Payment'

Step 4: Select 'Hire Purchase'

Step 5: Select Hire Purchase account and payment preference

Step 6: Insert cash
2. HP Payment without Auto Direct Card via CDM

Step 1: Touch screen to start or press 'ENTER' for non-touch screen ATMs

Step 2: Choose 'Baiduri Finance Hire Purchase'

Step 3: Enter HP account number

Step 4: Your Hire Purchase account details will appear. Select payment preference

Step 5: Choose to continue to cash deposit

Step 6: Insert cash
3. HP Payment with Cash via CDM

Step 1: Tap on the screen or press 'Enter' on the ATM keypad

Step 2: Select 'Baiduri Finance Hire Purchase'

Step 3: Enter your HP account number and select ‘Yes’ once you have entered the account number

Step 4: Your HP details will be displayed on the ATM screen

Step 5: Select ‘Pay Total Outstanding’

Step 6: Deposit cash into the ATM slot and tap on ‘Continue’

Step 7: You will see the deposit summary. To deposit more cash, select ‘Add Note(s)’

Step 8: Review your deposit summary and select ‘Confirm’

Step 9: Transaction completed

Langkah 2: Pilih 'Sewa Beli Baiduri Finance'

Langkah 3: Masukkan nombor akaun HP

Langkah 4: Butiran akaun Sewa Beli awda akan dipaparkan. Pilih jenis pembayaran

Langkah 5: Pilih untuk meneruskan deposit tunai

Langkah 6: Masukkan wang tunai
3. Pembayaran HP dengan Tunai melalui CDM

Langkah 1: Ketik pada skrin atau tekan 'Enter' pada pad kekunci ATM

Langkah 2: Pilih 'Sewa Beli Kewangan Baiduri'

Langkah 3: Masukkan nombor akaun HP awda dan pilih 'Ya' setelah anda memasukkan nombor akaun

Langkah 4: Butiran HP awda akan dipaparkan pada skrin ATM

Langkah 5: Pilih 'Bayar Jumlah Tertunggak'

Langkah 6: Deposit wang tunai ke dalam slot ATM dan ketik 'Teruskan'

Langkah 7: Awda akan melihat ringkasan deposit. Untuk mendepositkan lebih banyak wang tunai, pilih 'Tambah Nota'

Langkah 8: Semak ringkasan deposit awda dan pilih 'Sahkan'

Langkah 9: Transaksi selesai

Important update
19 September 2023

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:
  • User’s full name
  • User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
  • User’s mobile number
  • User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon. To ensure continued access and a smooth transition to the new Baiduri b.Digital Business, please provide your full name, IC, email address and mobile number via Business i-Banking Inbox. If we do not receive updated details from all authorised users, your company will not be migrated to the new platform and a fresh application will be required. To strengthen our online security measures, effective 8 January 2024, we will introduce the cooling period feature on our Baiduri b.Digital Personal web and mobile app to prevent unauthorised access.
