MAKE YOUR HIRE PURCHASE PAYMENTS WITH DIRECT BANK TRANSFER

You can make your Hire Purchase payments using direct transfers from your account with any bank in Brunei, to a designated Baiduri Finance account.

If you do not have a Baiduri account

From now until 30 June 2023 , you can make your HP payments using free direct transfers from your account with any bank in Brunei, to a designated Baiduri Finance account. Follow these simple steps to make a direct transfer:

1. Log onto the online banking portal of your bank, and add Baiduri Finance as a beneficiary using these details:

Beneficiary Name: Baiduri Finance Berhad

Beneficiary Bank: Baiduri Bank

Beneficiary Address: Units 1-3, Ground & 1st Floor, Sumbangsih Bahagia, Kompleks Perindustrian Beribi, Gadong BE1118

Beneficiary Account No: 0101112230188

2. Once you have added Baiduri Finance as a beneficiary, select Transfer Services (or Transfers) – Transfer to banks in Brunei (or Local Transfers) to make payment to Baiduri Finance.

Important Note

In the Message/Purpose of Transfer field, please clearly indicate the following:

Pay IC [your 8-digit Brunei IC Number] [your Car Registration Number] HP [Last 8-digit HP Account Number]
Example: Pay IC 31009474 BAG981 HP 34567801

BUAT BAYARAN SEWA BELI AWDA DENGAN PINDAHAN BANK TERUS

Jika awda tidak mempunyai akaun Baiduri, awda boleh membuat pembayaran Sewa Beli menggunakan pindahan terus dari akaun awda dengan mana-mana bank di Brunei, ke akaun Kewangan Baiduri yang ditetapkan.

Jika anda tidak mempunyai akaun Baiduri

Mulai sekarang sehingga 30 Jun 2023, awda boleh membuat pembayaran HP awda menggunakan pindahan terus percuma dari akaun anda dengan mana-mana bank di Brunei, ke akaun Kewangan Baiduri yang ditetapkan. Ikuti langkah mudah ini untuk membuat pemindahan terus:

1. Log masuk ke portal perbankan dalam talian bank awda, dan tambahkan Baiduri Finance sebagai benefisiari menggunakan butiran ini:

Nama Benefisiari: Baiduri Finance Berhad

Bank Benefisiari: Bank Baiduri

Alamat Benefisiari: Unit 1-3, Tingkat Bawah & 1, Sumbangsih Bahagia, Kompleks Perindustrian Beribi, Gadong BE1118

No Akaun Benefisiari: 0101112230188

2. Setelah awda menambah Baiduri Finance sebagai benefisiari, pilih Perkhidmatan Pemindahan (atau Pemindahan) - Pindahkan ke bank-bank di Brunei (atau Pemindahan Tempatan) untuk membuat pembayaran kepada Baiduri Finance.

Nota Penting

Dalam medan Mesej/Tujuan Pemindahan, sila nyatakan dengan jelas perkara berikut:

Bayar IC [Nombor IC Brunei 8 digit anda] [Nombor Pendaftaran Kereta anda] HP [Nombor Akaun HP 8 digit terakhir]
Contoh: Bayar IC 31009474 BAG981 HP 34567801'

Important update
19 September 2023

We would like to inform you that with effect from 31 October 2023, Business i-Banking service will no longer be operational, and this will be replaced with our new Baiduri b.Digital Business service.

If your company has not transitioned to b.Digital Business, please ensure that every existing user provides the following by 8 October 2023 through the Business i-Banking Inbox:
  • User’s full name
  • User’s valid Identification Card (IC) or Passport
  • User’s mobile number
  • User's company assigned email address (General company email is not accepted e.g., [email protected])

Alternatively, you can complete the b.Digital Business Amendment Form and submit the form(s) directly to Baiduri Digital Hub, Ground Level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters.

Every user will receive a notification email at their registered email address, once they have been migrated and activated on the b.Digital Business service.

Companies who have not moved to b.Digital Business after 31 October 2023 can re-apply as a new subscriber to the b.Digital Business service. This will require additional documentations to be submitted as part of the application. Refer “Required Documents” here.

Important notice: Our Business i-Banking service will be deactivated soon. To ensure continued access and a smooth transition to the new Baiduri b.Digital Business, please provide your full name, IC, email address and mobile number via Business i-Banking Inbox. If we do not receive updated details from all authorised users, your company will not be migrated to the new platform and a fresh application will be required. For assistance, contact us at [email protected] or call 2268 637/8/9 during business hours. Thank you for your cooperation.

Important notice: We have updated the Baiduri b.Digital Personal mobile app on 21 August 2023.

If you have not logged in to your mobile app lately, you will be required to update the app when you open it.

If you have updated the app but have forgotten what your User ID is, you can retrieve it via one of the following:
• Visit Digital Hub at ground level, Baiduri Bank Headquarters
• Visit your nearest Baiduri Bank branch
• Call our 24-hour Customer Helpline at 2449666

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it through the Baiduri b.Digital Personal web platform through the “Forgot Password” feature.
