Eligibility

  • Employees of Brunei Government, Semi-Government and private sector companies accepted by the Bank
  • Existing Total Debt Service Ratio must exceed 60%
  • Only financing facilities that were granted before 8 June 2015 and under the name of the Applicant are allowed to be consolidated
  • The final entitlement shall be subject to Baiduri Bank’s internal credit policies and assessment
